"Big Talk, No Delivery"Be careful about putting your money down here. We paid the initial deposit, requested a nanny search, they never started it, and then refused to refund our money or - alternatively - provide us with the research they claim they had "done on our behalf." It took 7 months to resolve it through my credit card company. So not worth it.

"Stay away!"My wife and I have four kids - we used this service and were very disapointed. They sent poorly screened candidates to our home in New Jersey. It was a waste of our time.
