"Not recommended‎"Its called the "Double Lee Buffet" now. Can't say anything good about the place except that they have free parking in the adjoining lot. The food is of low quality and the variety is not there. I was surprised that the staff constantly pour hot water on the food trays to make them appear fresh. I really don't want to say more. Wont be back there again.‎

"Good variety, Good price‎"I was most impressed with the sushi selection. I do not eat shell fish and most buffets have premade sushi rolls with very little selection. At Hudson Buffet they ASK you what type of roll you want and THEY MAKE IT IN FRONT OF YOU! As many pieces as you want and they are FRESH and yummy! :) The rest of the food is good too.
