Highest recommendation. Excellent service provided. Knowledgeable, reliable and dependable,
Assessed and fixed the boiler problems in record time.
Have used their expert services and will continue to call on them in the future

Unreliable
After getting the estimate from them, the plumber said he would follow up with me and he never did. I left two messages and spoke to a person three times before someone got back to me. After setting up an appointment, it turns out they had an emergency that day and cancelled on us after we had already taken the afternoon off of work and travelled back home. To prevent this from happening agian, we suggested they call us before they arrive so we could meet them at our apartment. Instead of accomodating us and doing the favor of a simple phone call before arrival, the owner was rude and refused our business.

DO NOT USE THEM!!!
I cannot recommend this business at all. I completely agree with the previous review. The first review calls this the best plumber in Brooklyn Heights? I had an appointment for service in the morning and took the day off from work. I waited .... and waited .... and waited. I finally called and was told that they had customers that had more urgent needs. Was told that they didn't know when someone would be by but that they would call me right back. I wasn't happy but thought they would work something out. So again, I waited and waited for a call back. No call. When I called back I was given the same story. In the end, they admitted that they could not fulfill their commitment to me and that we should reschedule. I asked them when they could reschedule and was told that they didn't have an answer ... they would call me next week. I can't think of worse customer service. Would they want to lose a day's pay and sit home waiting for nothing and never get the service that was promised? Were they going to call me? Why leave me in the dark all day? I am left not believing a word that comes from Weiss Plumbing and found myself writing this review as some sort of therapy for how angry this has left me. Please DO NOT USE WEISS PLUMBING. They need to feel some pain related to their poor customer service. There are many other plumbers in New York and I would advise everyone to call a different plumber. Weiss Plumbing needs to learn the lesson that customer service is important and poor customer service is just BAD business.
