Not thrilled by Sam I. at InsiderPages
I have bought a few pairs of glasses from viewpoint over the last few years. The only reason I use them is because they accept insurance plans. I don't like the optician there he was a little abrupt and I had problems with my last pair of glasses and he kept blaming it on my insurance company. Even after my insurance company allowed viewpoint to fix it themselves I still had problems. They then told me that's the way this pair of glasses is. They should not sell glasses that aren't quality and if they do they should stand behind their product.
