Yes, the place is under renovation, but the rooms are already done.Big surprise! Everyone wrote such horrible reviews about this hotel,so I was ready to face the "rude staff"...etc ...

Rude help/tiny room/free is to expensive
Hotel is under construction. When my wife and I arrived at the hotel(? ), got out of the taxi l,there was no doorman in sight.There are two level of steps to get to the front desk. ...

Very convinient location: Although the service is not what you expect and the breakfast is very expensive, carlton on madison offers very convinient location, and high level of cleanliness.The decoration is also good.
