Save yourself money and rent a cleaner!
I am really disappointed. My beige colored sofa is not any cleaner than before. He got very minimal spots out. It was dirty but the sofa is a year old. Just save yourself money and do it yourself. Their service is expensive, at nearly $200 for a sectional..... the results are pitiful. That is 1/2 towards a new one. You can do just as good or better job yourself. He also made a huge mess with water, all around it and from the bathroom to the living room. Then he dumped the water in the toilet., and now its clogged. So now I have a mess. ust save your money. I called and talked to a manger hoping she would rectify the situation. She was extremely rude, and said she'd talk to the tech, and call me back. She has not. I should also add that he called my home phone and cell phone at 7:30 in the MORNING to confirm the appointment. He showed up at 11:00 AM. I would never call a person that early to confirm an 11 appointment. If she wants to rectify this, I will edit the review. As of now, not even management tried to resolve these issues. Very disappointed.
