Does NOT Deliver
"Please come to the downstairs door to pick up your pizza. I can't find a parking spot." So I did. "Sir, your order is $19.83." Me: It wasn't that on the website. "Respectfully sir, it is $19.83 or I am leaving." But it wasn't..can I see the receipt? "Sure." He hands me same with a $1 charge for "car delivery" and a $1.75 charge for "delivery" even though his company is 3 blocks away and he's standing outside my apartment building and not at my door. I give him a $20 and he starts to walk away. I ask him for change. "I don't carry change." Then go back and get some as I've already paid your company, and you for the delivery. He continued to insist but I told him I wanted change. He dug in his ashtray and gave me the change. I AM NOT PAYING FOR BAD PIZZA< POOR ATTITUDES, ever again. DOMINOE'S PIZZA, Along with PAPA JOHN'S: YOU GUYS WILL NEVER MAKE IT BECAUSE YOU DON'TUNDERSTAND ENGLISH>IN THE CITY!!!! PROVE ME WRONG AND I"LL HAVE ONE OF YOUR SUCK-ASS PIZZAS WITH YOUR DELIVERY PEOPLE SHOW YOU.

Poor Customer Service
Deliveries from this location have always taken longer than an hour, though we live just 10 minutes away. The last time I ordered the driver claimed he couldn't find a notice with my correct phone# because it had fallen into the box. So, he took my order back to the store instead of knocking on my door. I live in a private house and have ordered before. My main door was also wide open with the light shining, so the driver should have felt safe enough to knock. The store manager actually expected me to wait another 30 minutes or so for the driver to re-deliver my food plus she refused to give me anything free on this order. I had to get a manager from the central # to call this store before they were willing to add a free pizza to my order. Finally received my order 2 1/2 hrs after placing it. Totally unacceptable! Will Never Order from Dominos again!

Not Very good in honoring specials by Teresa C. at InsiderPages
In the commercials they offer pizza specials three or more pizzas one topping for five dollars a piece and this particular store doesn't like to give me the deal if I order more than three. I understand that it may vary by store they should tell people that over the phone before ordering instead of asking for it and then getting denied.
