Son had trouble by Chris D. at InsiderPages
My son and his friends used Amex for their prom and they had nothing but trouble and it ruined their prom night. First of all, the price they were quoted and the actual price they were charged was much higher, and it took a long time to straighten that out. Then on the night of the prom, the car was late picking up all the parties, so they were a late for the prom. They said the driver was very rude to them also. I would never use them if I needed a limousine.
